Made-to-Order:
All items are custom printed just for you, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your size, color, and design carefully before placing your order.
Quality Issues?
If there's an issue with your order (defects, printing errors, damaged items), please contact us at hello@boomboomsociety.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the item and we'll work with you to fix the issue.
Shipping
Processing Time:
All orders are made-to-order and typically ship within 2-5 business days after your order is placed. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping Times:
Once your order ships, delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days within the US
- Express Shipping is currently unavailable.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Changes
Order Changes:
Because production begins immediately after your order, we can't make changes to your order once it's placed. Please double-check your items, size, and shipping address before completing your purchase.
Privacy Policy
Your Privacy Matters:
We collect your email, name, and shipping info when you shop or sign up for our list. We use it to send your orders, answer questions, and keep you posted on new drops.
We don't sell your info. We share it only with our fulfillment partners (Printify, SwiftPod, MonsterDigital), shipping carriers, and payment processors to get your order to you.
You can unsubscribe from emails anytime. You can also request to see, update, or delete your information by emailing us at hello@boomboomsociety.com.
